My Legal Rep Limited – Fees Notice

Effective Date: 2nd March 2025

This fees notice applies to all services provided by My Legal Rep Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms regarding pricing, deposits, payment plans, additional fees, disbursements, and refund policies.

1. PACKAGES & PRICING

We offer three fixed-fee packages for employment tribunal services:

Essential Package: £250.00

Standard Package £1,500

Full Package £3,500

🔹 All fees are fixed, meaning you will not be charged an hourly rate.
🔹 Additional fees may apply for advocacy, disbursements, and court fees (see Sections 4 & 5).

2. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT OPTIONS

To engage our services, you must pay a deposit upfront. You may then choose to pay the remaining balance in full or in installments.

Installment options:

Essential Package -

payable in full upfront

Standard Package -

£600.00 deposit due upfront

Remainder paid in 4 equal monthly payments of £225.00

Full Package -

£1,000 deposit due upfront

Remainder paid in 5 monthly payments of £500.00

🔹 Deposit payments are non-refundable (see Section 6).
🔹 All installments must be paid via debit or credit card, bank transfer, standing order, or direct debit.

3. PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULES

If you choose to pay in installments, payments are due as follows:

  • Installments are due on the 1st or 15th of each month.

  • Payments must be made on time to avoid service suspension (see Section 7).

  • If an installment is missed, a £25 late fee applies.

We will send you a payment reminder 14 days before the due dates.

4. ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ADVOCACY & EXTRA SERVICES

For fees not already included in the Essential or Standard Package:

Preliminary Hearing Advocacy: £500

Tribunal Hearings Advocacy: £750 per day

Drafting Witness Statements: £300

Preparing Tribunal Bundle: £350

  • The Full Package includes all tribunal advocacy and document preparation services.

  • Advocacy fees must be paid at least 7 days before the hearing.

5. DISBURSEMENTS & COURT FEES

Disbursements are third-party costs necessary for your case. The following are not included in the package fees and must be paid separately:

Expert Reports (Medical, Financial etc)

Barrister’s Fees (if required)

Witness Expenses (if applicable)

🔹 Disbursements must be paid upfront before third-party services are engaged.
🔹 Court fees must be paid directly to HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS).

6. REFUND POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun including the initial consultation.

  • If you cancel before your initial consultation, you may receive a partial refund (minus administrative costs).

  • If work has commenced, any fees for completed work will be deducted before considering refunds.

  • Advocacy and hearing representation fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

  • Disbursements cannot be refunded once paid to third parties.

7. LATE PAYMENT & SERVICE SUSPENSION POLICY

  • If you miss a payment, a £25 late fee applies.

  • If payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work on your case until payment is received.

  • If payment is more than 30 days late, we may terminate our services and pursue the outstanding balance.

  • Persistent non-payment may lead to debt recovery action.

8. HOW TO PAY

We accept payments via:

✔️ Standing Order / Direct Debit (for payment plans)

9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By engaging our services and making a payment, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood these Fees Terms & Conditions.
Agree to the payment terms, installment schedules, and refund policy.
Understand that additional fees may apply for advocacy, disbursements, and late payments.
